Where you bought matters

Readings and workbooks are sold through the Sunvigation shop on Etsy. Etsy handles the payment and the order record, so Etsy's own purchase policies apply to every order alongside what's written here. Where the two ever disagree, Etsy's policy wins — and you keep whatever rights it gives you.

The short version

If I haven't started writing your reading yet, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Once a reading has been delivered I generally can't refund it, because it's a personalized digital product. But if something is genuinely wrong with what you received, write to me. I'd much rather make it right than leave you unhappy.

One-time readings (Saju Pro & Compatibility, Feng Shui Single, Full, Premium Site)

• Before I start writing: full refund on request.
• After delivery: these are personalized digital products, so they are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• If something's wrong:if the reading was based on a mistake on our side (for example, the wrong chart) or has a genuine quality problem, I'll correct it or refund it. Just tell me what happened.

Instant digital products (feng shui workbooks)

The feng shui workbooks (Home Self-Audit, Color & Direction, and the Reference Compendium) are instant PDF downloads available the moment the order goes through. Because they're delivered right away, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a technical problem stopped you from receiving yours, contact me and I'll sort it out.

The monthly fortune email

The monthly fortune is a free email you opt into by running your free chart. It costs nothing and charges nothing, so there's nothing here to refund — and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

How to request a refund

The quickest route is a message through Etsy on the order itself — that way the order details are already attached. You can also email sun@sunvigation.com with your Etsy order number and a short note on what happened. I read every message myself and aim to reply within 48 hours.

How refunds are processed

Because orders are placed on Etsy, approved refunds are issued through Etsy back to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Etsy can also help with billing questions and keeps its own record of every order.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
